A 60-minutes kick-off phone call to discuss where you are today, your goals, program details, and what to expect. This complete evaluation fosters trust and creates a friendly connection, helping build your confidence in weight loss. We ensure your weight loss journey aligns perfectly with your unique lifestyle and needs. We help you choose the best program based on your diet goals.
2. 1:1 Weight Loss Guidance
Through our action plan, we take you through your weight loss journey. Click your meal plates & show us; our qualified dietitian will monitor your meal plates daily based on your action plan. Need help to complete the action plan? Get guidance before your next meal,& get into action; we want your results to be on time.
You will meet with your nutrition coach every other week through video calls. Within each meeting, you and your nutrition coach will discuss the previous (both struggles and successes) and solidify the lifestyle changes you’re making. Simple, doable solutions are provided in areas of struggle within your lifestyle, workplace, travel, family trips, restaurant eating or parties.
By the end of the program, you should feel confident enough to navigate healthy eating without having to track it; instead, you should rely on your improved overall eating pattern.
3. Realistic Goals and Ongoing Support
We highlight setting realistic goals that you can achieve over time. Our strategies to increase your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) are practical and easy to implement at all points of life.
